Why do I need to pay for your app?

At IntellectoKids, our goal is to help your child get the best out of the learning process in the most effective and fun way.

Without doubt, it takes a lot of time and effort to create such content of high quality and value. The development of our app involves the teamwork of more than 40 professionals. The cost of the app is set to cover those expenses.

Moreover, there are no ads in our app which guarantees safe environment for your child. It's only possible thanks to the paid subscription.

Besides, we're constantly improving our app to make sure you get the diverse and up-to-date content to ready your child for school.

If you have any doubts, you're welcome to try our app for free. To do so, please skip the 7-day trial offer when first opening the app (tap on a cross in the top left corner).

This way, you'll get access to a set number of free educational games to see if this is what you're looking for.

Can I get your app for free and how?

Sure, you can always try our apps for free. Each educational game in the app contains a certain number of free levels that doesn't even require starting a free trial period. This might be helpful if you'd like to review the content before subscribing.

How can I get the free content?

When you first download the app, you'll see the 7-day free trial offering window. All you need to do is close it by tapping on a cross in the top left corner.

And it is done! Now you can see the free content in mini-games of our app! :)

If you don`t see the cross in the top left corner of the free trial window, please send us an e-mail to support@intellectokids.com, and we`ll help you with that.

How often do you release new content?

We make sure to update our apps as often as possible. However, it takes time to develop proper content to bring the best educational experience to your child.

Usually, new content is released once a week. You can see the information on past releases inside the app:

Can I change the language of the app?

Our apps have been localized into several languages. Please see the list of the languages for each of our apps below:

How can I change the language of the app?

- Make sure that you’re connected to the Internet while changing the language.
- Find the gear button to open Settings in the main menu and tap it

- Choose a language and tap on its flag

And it's done! The app will run with the new language immediately :)

Can I share my subscription between several devices?

Unfortunately, Apple doesn't allow to share subscriptions under family sharing feature. If needed, you can see the details here:

However, no worries! We can activate subscription on your second device manually.

To do so, please provide your IntellectoKids User ID from both devices:
- The one you subscribed with,
- The one you want to share your subscription with.

How can I find my User ID?

You can send the information to support@intellectokids.com. Don`t forget to mention the name of the app to which you want to share your subscription! :)

Make sure NOT to subscribe with your second device. To avoid subscription, tap on the cross in the left upper corner of the free trial offering window.

The same applies if you want to share your subscription with Android (Apple to Android, Android to Android, Android to Apple).

Please note that we're currently developing our own functionality that will allow to attach several devices to one account and share one subscription. It will be released soon.

Can I get the content synchronised between my devices?

If you'd like to use our app on your second device, please check this article.

Please note that, unfortunately, the content won't be synchronised between your devices. The point is that we can only share the subscription between your devices manually, so the synchronisation is impossible that way.

Nonetheless, all the levels are available to you. If needed, check our lifehack on how to skip levels (applicable for Classroom & Learning Games only):

- go to the accessible level and leave it right away (without completing it),
- you'll get the next level available to you at that point,
- and so on (for each level).

How can I change the level of difficulty?

If your child finds the content too hard at any point of the learning process, you can always change the level of difficulty. It only takes a minute and helps your child learn new material gradually.

How can I switch the level of difficulty in the app?

- Make sure that you’re connected to the Internet
- Tap the gear button to open Settings:

- Choose your child's age:

That`s important

Level change affects the difficulty of the content only in the Learning Games app. Besides, changing the level of difficulty may sometimes entail losing all the previous game progress.

How can I cancel my subscription?

It is always very sad for us to know that you wish to leave us. If you have any questions or need any assistance with navigating our apps, please let us know about it via e-mail to support@intellectokids.com. We are always ready to solve any problems and misunderstandings about our apps. Together, we can help your child to get the best out of the learning process!

However, if you still choose to cancel your subscription, simply contact us at support@intellectokids.com, and we'll guide you through the process.

How can I get a refund?

We're sorry if you couldn't find what you were looking for. Our team certainly does its best to deliver the content of high quality, and constantly improve our apps. If there's something you could suggest updating, please feel free to reach out to us. Your feedback would be highly appreciated.

In the meantime, if you've already cancelled your subscription and would like to get a refund, see this guide:

If you have iOS:
Please contact App Store's support team. Unfortunately, we can't make a refund for your subscription because we don't have access to your Apple ID account and proceeds from sale. All Apple payments are managed by Apple, and we don’t have access to them. So it is the App Store who issue refunds.

If you have Android:
Please send us your request to support@intellectokids.com with your receipt number (it looks like GPA.XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXX..0) and your user ID, and we'll issue the refund as soon as possible. You can see this information in the email from Google Play store which they always send to confirm the subscription made.

How can I find my User ID?

Your User ID is a unique number that helps us identify you in our system. This number is essential for checking your account details, including your subscription status.

Where can I see my User ID?
- If you haven't signed up yet, you can see your User ID in the bottom of your screen when launching the app and in the free trial offering window:

- If you have an active subscription, you can find it in the app’s settings. Just tap on a gear button in the bottom right corner of the main menu and you'll see it in the bottom of the screen:

That's important
Your User ID is different for each of our apps and for each of your devices. Thus, whenever you contact us with questions regarding your profile, please make sure to provide the right User ID.
