Subscription Policy

Intellecto LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, with company number 6016040 whose registered office is at 919 North Market Street, Suite 950, City of Wilmington, New Castle 19801, Delaware, the USA. (“IntellectoKids”, “we”, “us” and “our”) may offer to our users certain services that are only made available through a subscription.

This subscription policy, which forms an integral part of our Terms and Use that are incorporated herein by reference, details your rights and obligations when purchasing (or applying for) a licensed subscription to use certain features of our App that are not readily available to all users of such App.

What subscriptions are offered to me?

You can find available subscription options in our IntellectoKids Learning Games mobile application available on Apple App Store and Google Play. Some subscription options may also become available to you via our email correspondence and on our website.

You should note that we may offer, at our discretion, a free trial period or an introductory period at a discounted price.

How do I subscribe?

After choosing a subscription, you will be offered to choose a payment method, check the amount to be charged for the subscription you selected and finally confirm subscription activation to complete the subscription process.

You shall note that in order to complete subscription, you must ensure that all the information you submit is true and accurate and that you have appropriate parental or guardian consent if you are under 18 years of age.

How do I pay for a subscription?

Depending on the device/platform/app store that you are using, you should follow the instructions given inside of our mobile application by Apple Store, Google Play or, in case of other platforms, by the provider of the applicable gateway (the “Payment Agent”).

The payment will be charged once you confirm the purchase of the subscription. By confirming the subscription, you authorize us to charge the subscription fees from the Payment Agent, if applicable.

What is the term of the subscription?

Until you cancel it, your subscription continues on an ongoing basis and renews automatically at the end of each period. Note that deleting the relevant App does not cancel your subscription.

Changes to a subscription

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, we reserve the right change subscription fees at any time. We will give you reasonable notice of any such change by posting the new prices on our website and/or by sending you an email notification, or in other prominent ways.

If, prior to the change of the subscription price coming into effect, you do not agree to continue the subscription - you will have the right to cancel the subscription.

How do I cancel my subscription?

In order to cancel your subscription (or in case any other clarification is required), please contact us at support@intellectokids.com.

You can also unsubscribe through your personal account on our website by clicking the “Unsubscribe” button and completing the required fields in the provided form. Our support team will contact you shortly thereafter.
